About Mike Schwartz Construction
For over three decades, Pierce County residents have trusted Mike Schwartz Construction for their remodel and custom home projects.
Licensed, bonded, and fully insured in the State of Washington, every project is important to us, and you will receive nothing less than the highest level of attention and service. Our reputation is built upon it.
Mike was mentored under his grandfather, Clifford McKie, who was a well-known builder in Tacoma during his 40 year career. An award-winning builder, Mike takes great pride in his work and carpentry skills as he works alongside his homeowners offering expert advice and innovative suggestions. This steadfast dedication equates into satisfied homeowners for the life of their home.
Mike’s work can be found throughout the greater Puyallup area, including Sumner, Edgewood, Fife, Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Orting, Graham, South Hill, Vashon Island, Fox Island, and Hood Canal. Still putting on his tool belt every day, Mike maintains quality control and ensures every detail meets his high set of standards. Working closely with each homeowner every step of the way, he makes the building process an enjoyable experience.
Off the job site, Mike serves as a Member of the Master Builders Association of Pierce County, and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders. Most importantly, he is loving husband to his wife, Margie, and a devoted father to his two sons, Tony & Andy, and daughter-in-law, Karen.
