Mike Schwartz has been building custom homes and
remodeling for over 25 years. He mentored under his Grandfather, Clifford McKie,
a well-known builder in Tacoma during his 40 years in the industry.
Perfecting his skills as a custom home
builder, Mike takes great pride in his work and carpentry skills.
Still putting on his tool belt every day, Mike
maintains quality control and ensures everything exceeds his high set of standards.
Working closely
with each home owner every step of the way, he makes the building
process an enjoyable experience. |

As a long-time member of the Master Builders
Association, Mike has built a well known reputation within his area.
In January of 2009, Mike attended the International Builder's Show in Las
Vegas, NV, to network and connect with other professionals in his
industry. He also participated in educational seminars to
learn and discuss new trends and innovations for today's homes.
Later in 2009, Mike was awarded the Silver Award for
his entry in the Dream
Home Awards for the Best Whole House Remodel 2,500-4,000 sq.
feet and was the winner of the
MBA Rex Awards
for Residential Addition Over $150,000. This award winning project can be viewed
